The construction of love

I have mentioned this a couple of times before on my blog, and I’ll probably say it again in future: Finding new and exiting locations to photograph your wedding clients is a constant challenge for us photographers.  You can use the trusted, safe and over used spots….but that’s boring….and no fun.

So, before every local wedding, I scout the area to look for crazy locations with funky features….sometimes in places where you are least likely to expect wedding photos to be taken. This is risky, yes, but if you pull it off, it’s magic.

This was the case with Kobus and Renet’s wedding.  I told them this was going to be a surprise.  Can you figure out where we did the couple shoot?…post it in a comment.

Then again….I could have shot these two anywhere on earth and make great images….Kobus and Renet are naturals….and such a hot couple.  So hot that some of the pages of their album are for their eyes only…and those that have the password.  You can view those pages here.
